2008 Liberty Cup - June 20 - 22, 2008
Ice Line, West Chester PA 

Fees: $1080 per team (includes 13 players)  Extra players is $75 per player.  

Games: Each team plays 3 first round games (1 game on Friday, 2 games on Saturday).  Top 4 teams in each division make the playoffs on Sunday.  First round of playoffs set the first place team versus the fourth place team in one game and the second place teams versus the third place team in the second game.  Winners play for the championship the same day.  see playoff and other game facts in the rules and regulation menu section above.

Payment Schedule:  All teams must have paid the following amounts by the stated dates:

$500 by Mar 31, 2008    $750 by April 30,2008   

FINAL PAYMENTS DUE BY May 15, 2008.  No exceptions!

Final Rosters are due May 30, 2008. 

Schedules
The final team schedules will be sent to the team captains between May 15 and May 30, 2008.  No team will get a schedule with a balance due. All schedules are FINAL.  Any team that forfeits a game will not be asked back again to any Chowder Cup Tournament.

Divisions:

No less than 6 teams and no more than 8 teams in each division.

We are counting on the teams to place their teams in the proper divison.  No team can have any player on the roster that has prior professional experience.  What is professional experience?  You get paid for playing and are listed in the professional database then you are a professional.  Simple as that.  We will check if requested.  If a player with professional experience is found to be playing on a team, that team will be disqualified and all money paid will be forfeited.  ALl the players on that roster will be suspended and not allowed to participate in any Chowder Cup Tournament.  No exceptions and no length on the suspension.  It will be for as long as we hold touraments which we hope will be many years to come!

Guidelines:  You play in a Mens B division, you belong in a B Liberty Cup division.  If you play in a high Mens C division, then C1.  A lower C or an Upper D, then C2.  Anothing in the D or below, then D.

Rosters & Player Registration:

• All rosters must be done online prior to May 30, 2008.
• All player registrations must be mailed or faxed by May 30, 2008.  Any additions made after 5/30/08 are subject to being charged a player fee of $90.  If an injury occurs or a replacement needs to be made after 5/30/08, the captain must designate who will not play and replace that person with the new person.  No additional charge will be applied.  The new player, however, must fill out a registration form and give a photocopy of license and be eligible to play on the team (age, level, etc.)
• All players need to fill out and sign a player form.  The form, along with a photocopy of a drivers license, must be mailed with a postmark no later than May 30, 2008 or faxed to our office no later than May 30, 2008.  The photocopy is for player identification purposes only.  We do not need any licence number or social security number so please black this out when sending the photo.
